How to Make Paneer Tikka with Our Tikka Masala
Ingredients:
- 400g paneer, cubed
- 3 tbsp Tikka Masala Spice Blend
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the Tikka Masala seasoning, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes, onion, and bell pepper chunks. Coat them well with the marinade.
- Marinate for at least 1 hour for maximum flavor.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
